At King Pharma we want you to feel 100% confident in using our pharmacy services. That is why we offer a 90-Day no-hassle returns policy, with the following coditions:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason contact us by email at returns@king-pharma.com.

If you return the entire amount of the product you will be refunded 100% of the original purchase price of that product plus shipping charges (including return shipping fee, up to 10 USD).

If you return an unused portion of product you will be refunded for the percentage of the unused portion. For example, if you return 80 tablets of a 100 tablet bottle, you will receive 80% of your original purchase price product plus shipping charges (including return shipping fee, up to 10 USD).

Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment originally used to pay for the purchase.

Please note that for your safety no returned products are ever restocked or resold after being returned. All returned products are destroyed.

IMPORTANT: You must contact us prior to returning a product. A refund will not be issued without proper return authorization from one of our customer service representatives.

No returns will be accepted after 60 days.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank or credit card company to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Paying for customs duties/taxes for importing medications and additional credit card fees are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. King Pharma will not be held responsible for paying these taxes and fees incurred by your own government and bank.

Authenticity and Quality of Products

We purchase either directly from the manufacturer or from our pharmaceutical wholesaler. All medications listed are the authentic brand names unless otherwise stated e.g. generics and all our medications are shipped using the original packaging with safety seals and registered trademarks.

We do not ever repackage the products unless the product is sold in blister strips (but we list this).

The only differences that a customer may perceive is that the packaging may be different compared to what they are used to. This is due to where in the world the medication is manufactured; Every product has a product image included on the website so you will know what to expect on delivery.
